Joseph A Grzyb

Joe Grzyb (pronounced “Gribb”) has over 25 years of experience in leading, managing, and growing high-tech companies. Joe is Chief Executive Officer of Groff North America, a cannabis cultivation, extraction and medical products company based in York, Pennsylvania in the United States. Groff North America is one of only three commercially-focused companies in the US with Schedule 1 registrations from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration allowing it to cultivate and sell federally-legal cannabis, the first such registrations in over 50 years. In addition, and, most notable for this conference, Groff also has DEA registration for cannabis export and import. After receiving its DEA registrations in May 2021, Groff harvested its first crop of high-quality cannabis in December.

Prior to joining Groff North America, Joe held positions as CEO of NatureKool, Phase Change Energy Solutions, HexaTech, and Reactive NanoTechnologies. Joe was General Manager of the $400M per year Power Amplifier Division at RF Micro Devices and has held leadership positions at AmeriTech Exports, ITT Defense and the US Air Force.
